In thirty minutes you can work off over three hundred calories while toning and firming your butt, and thighs while slimming those hips and calves. There’s the extra benefit of adding some cardio and endurance to your routine when you include stepping. As someone who sometimes finds it difficult to run because of knee pain and wanting to try something different from my normal 30 minutes on the elliptical machine I find step workouts to be an invigorating challenge and real “burner”.
